Revision liposuction is a specialized surgical procedure designed to address and correct the results of a previous liposuction treatment. It focuses on refining areas where fat removal was uneven, incomplete, or resulted in irregular contours. This procedure requires a careful and precise approach to improve the overall shape and symmetry of the treated areas. Revision liposuction typically takes between one and three hours, depending on the complexity and extent of corrections required. It is performed by our experienced surgeons, Dr. Lakin and Dr. Ozolins, who carefully evaluate the previous outcomes to plan the best course of action.
Revision liposuction is often chosen by individuals who are dissatisfied with the results of a previous procedure and want to achieve a smoother, more refined outcome. It is a solution for correcting visible imperfections and enhancing the overall harmony of body contours. For many, this process supports the restoration of natural beauty and contributes to improvements in self-image and self-confidence.
Illuum Cosmetic Surgery offers advanced revision liposuction at our surgery center in Novi, where precision, safety, and artistry come together. Led by board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Lakin and Dr. Ozolins, our team is dedicated to helping patients restore their self-esteem and achieve smooth, natural-looking results. Using the latest technology, we tailor each procedure to correct irregularities and enhance body contours with care and precision. Our environment is designed to make patients feel confident throughout every step of their experience, from consultation to recovery, with personalized treatment plans and advanced techniques at the core of our approach.
Most patients choose board-certified plastic surgeons due to their extensive training, proven expertise, and commitment to safety. Board certification ensures that the surgeon meets rigorous standards, which helps patients feel more confident about the quality and reliability of their care.
To maintain long-term results, it’s essential to commit to a healthy lifestyle that includes balanced nutrition and regular physical activity. Many patients find the transformation amazing and want to preserve their new contours through consistency and self-care. Conducting thorough research before selecting a surgeon also contributes to better outcomes and greater patient satisfaction.
