Kasey Bradley APRN, FNP-BC ​

Office Manager

Kasey was born and raised in Southwest Michigan. She served 6 years in the U.S. Military and chose to pursue a RN degree upon her completion of service. She began her career as a RN in the ICU/Emergency department in 2011. She continued her education for Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and has been working in cosmetic surgery & aesthetics ever since. She is a trained aesthetic injector with years of experience with different non-surgical modalities but opted to slide into the role of Office Manager. She assisted her husband in launching his dream of opening his own surgery center and thoroughly enjoys watching each patient fulfill their individual surgical goals, removing some of those insecurities and embracing a more confident self-image.

She is the wife of Dr. Gregory Lakin, and together they share 3 beautiful daughters. Being a mom is the role she finds the most rewarding! In her free time, she enjoys travel, cooking, reading, Pilates, and spending time with her family.

 

Rosalind Geyer RN

Rosalind holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from DMACC and brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Her mission is to ensure your comfort, safety, and speedy recovery. She does this by providing compassionate care and educating you on best practices and post-operative tips.

When Rosalind isn’t at work, she finds joy in spending quality time with her loving family – her high school sweetheart husband, and two wonderful children. They enjoy exploring and having fun in their new toy hauler and going on adventures with their ATVs.

Tiffany is the Front Desk Coordinator at Illuum Cosmetic Surgery. She strives to make patients feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they walk in the door. Her passion and love for Illuum allow her to offer world-class customer service.

She was born and raised in Dearborn, MI. After living in California and Texas for the last 12 years, she is happy to be back in the Detroit area, where she is close to family and friends. She loves anything that allows her to be creative or crafty. On weekends, she can be found setting up parties for her small event-planning business or spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and their 2 dogs, Harvey and Ellie Mae.

Taylor Esch

Jen is a Registered Nurse at Illuum Cosmetic Surgery working within the Pre-op and Post-op areas. Her previous experience includes working in emergency medicine. After raising her four children, Jen pursued her passion of helping others and graduated from Henry Ford College. When Jen is not working, she loves anything outdoors like golfing, kayaking, hiking, camping (and going to wineries 😉). She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her kids. Jen has a very positive and upbeat energy which puts our patients at ease before and after surgery.

For the past 10 years, Emily has been a surgical ICU nurse and loves her profession! Now working as a cosmetic surgery nurse at Illuum, she combines her passion for helping people and her love for aesthetics to provide outstanding patient care. As a pre-op and post-op nurse, she will guide you through all your appointments. Emily enjoys getting to know her patients and continuously ensures that your experience is tailored to you, making you feel at home at Illuum. In her free time, Emily stays busy with her two children, husband, and her dog named Tortilla. They are always on an adventure! She loves scuba diving, finding new restaurants, drinking coffee, and BRAVO TV. She can’t wait to meet you and help you illuminate your best self.

Katie is an experienced registered nurse with a background in intensive care medicine. After embracing her enthusiasm for aesthetics, she is excited to support her patients in the pre-op and post-op areas at Illuum Cosmetic Surgery. She graduated from Henry Ford College in 2016 and is currently completing her BSN at Eastern Michigan University! When she’s not at work, Katie is traveling to make memories with her husband, reading a new fiction romance, or spending time with her two dogs, Audie and Samson. Her goal at Illuum is to provide exceptional patient care while encouraging individuals to embrace their best self.

Tonya has been a registered nurse for 15 years. She earned her BSN at the University of Michigan. Go Blue!

She started her career as a trauma RN in Detroit. She has been working as a recovery RN for the past 8 years. She loves being part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives. 

Her passions include lounging with her fur babies, family, and friends, traveling, crunching, and recycling.

Sue Padot, CSTFA

Surgical First Assist

With 26 years of experience in the operating room, Sue has had the opportunity to assist in nearly every type of surgery. For the past 11 years, she has specialized in plastic surgery, and is drawn to the immediate, transformative results and the confidence it brings to our patients. She joined Illuum Cosmetic to embrace a more balanced pace while continuing to do what she loves. 

Sue’s educational background includes being trained as an Aviation Medical Technician and Paramedic during four years of service in the U.S. Navy. She transitioned into surgical care, working as a Surgical Scrub Technician for 16 years before earning a Surgical Assistant certification and working 11 years with hands-on expertise as a Surgical Assistant.

Outside of the O.R., Sue is an avid off-roader and enjoys exploring new trails in her Jeep. When she is not behind the wheel, Sue indulges in her passion for sewing. Her home is shared with a lively crew of pets, including two Maine Coon cats, Yukon and Tilly, and my three beloved dogs—Copper, Max, and Ripley.

Shayla is honored to be part of a team dedicated to empowering patients and enhancing their confidence at every step of their journey toward self-love. She finds it truly rewarding to contribute to an environment where patient care and well-being are the top priorities.

Outside of work, Shayla enjoys indulging in her creative passions, including reading, painting, and all things beauty—especially hair and makeup. When she is not indulging in artistic hobbies, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun and serenity of the beach!

Amy Temple

Amy considers her role at Illuum to be her dream job. For Amy, there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the transformation that comes when patients embrace newfound confidence and self-esteem.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, their two daughters, and close friends. She loves being outdoors by the water during the summer months and cherishes the magic of the holiday season in winter. A devoted animal lover, Amy shares her home with two rescued Great Danes who delight in chasing squirrels and basking in the sun together.

Macy earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Thomas Nelson Community College in 2020 and is set to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Post University in August 2025. Originally from Michigan, Macy spent a decade between Florida and Virginia before returning home in 2022.

With nearly a decade of experience in the service industry, she thrives in roles that foster meaningful human connections. As a Front Desk Coordinator, her warm and welcoming demeanor ensures an exceptional experience for every patient.

Outside of work, Macy enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with friends and family. A true hobby enthusiast, she has a passion for puzzles, LEGO, reading, and caring for an ever-growing collection of plants. At home, she is kept company by her sassy yet lovable six-year-old cat, Merlin.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Ellen is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse injector with a strong foundation in both clinical nursing and the art of facial rejuvenation. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and went on to complete an accelerated nursing program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ellen began her nursing career in oncology and medical/surgical intensive care, where she developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Today, Ellen brings that same dedication to her work in aesthetic medicine, where she has found her true passion. Known for her gentle touch and artistic eye, she is committed to enhancing natural beauty while fostering confidence in her patients. Her approach to aesthetic care seamlessly blends science and artistry, allowing her to deliver results that are both refined and personalized. Ellen deeply values the relationships she builds with her patients and considers it a privilege to be part of their self-care journey. 

Outside of the Med Spa, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their three young children. She also loves staying active with Orange Theory workouts, reading, traveling to the beach, and sharing laughs over coffee with friends.

Katie Wells BSN, RN

Nurse Injector

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University and worked as an operating room nurse at Michigan Medicine for 2 years before transitioning to aesthetics. She
received her certification as a Nurse Injector, and attended further training and certification through Allergan Medical Institute. She absolutely loves being a Nurse Injector and is very passionate about
combining medicine and the creativity and artistry of aesthetics in her practice. It is extremely important to her to remain educated and up to date with the newest and best treatments and injection techniques. Her goal as an Injector is that when you sit in her chair that you feel comfortable, fully educated on your procedure, and confident and happy in your results when we are done. She loves forming connections with her patients and feels truly honored to be a part of your journey to becoming your most confident self, inside and out! She is a great listener and looks forward to creating an individualized plan to meet each of her patient’s unique goals and desires. Some of her favorite treatments include lip filler, Botox, and midface/cheek filler (but there is so much more!). When she is not injecting, you can find her trying new recipes, spending time with family, working out, gardening, or taking a long walk with her dog.
